Russ Holmes joined DLT Solutions in 2004 as Vice President of its Oracle sales division.  For the nine years prior to joining DLT Solutions, Holmes held various sales and management positions with Oracle Corp., culminating in the position of Regional Manager overseeing Oracle’s Military Healthcare team.

In his current role as Senior Vice President for DLT’s Enterprise Applications (EA) division, Holmes oversees a team of more than 30 sales and engineering professionals who concentrate on key partners such as Oracle, Informatica, Cyber-Ark, BDNA, Application Security and others.  The mission of the Enterprise Applications division is to offer public sector organizations IT solutions that enhance and streamline their citizen-centric mission.

As a 20 year veteran of the IT community, Holmes’ experienced leadership allows the EA division to consistently connect their best-in-class software partners with key decision makers across all branches of government.

Holmes’s team understands the mission-critical needs of their public sector clients and provides award-winning solutions along with the insights gained through participation in ongoing industry and product training.  This ensures they’re up-to-date on the latest vendor product capabilities and are qualified to bring them to bear to help solve the complex issues facing the public sector community.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, Holmes has spent more than 20 years in the public sector IT market and brings a wide array of industry knowledge to bear for both DLT’s vendor partners and the customers they jointly serve.

Married with three children, Holmes enjoys coaching youth hockey.  He is also active in fund raising for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, hosting an annual golf event in support of the Foundation.
