I have been with DLT since September 2006, and now serve as the Engineering Manager. I was responsible for spearheading the Strategic Accounts Program, focusing on customer care and additional levels of support. Before joining DLT, I acquired over 10 years of experience in Information Technology, that includes serving 5 years in the United States Air Force as a Systems Administrator. Additionally, I worked as a Systems Administrator for WebMD and as part of Remote Technical Services for Cardinal Health.

My expertise includes extensive knowledge of Symantec Netbackup 5.x/6.5 for Windows, as well as troubleshooting these products on UNIX and Windows platforms. I also have my MBA in Computer Management Information Systems.
