I joined DLT in 2005 and helped spearhead the start of the DLT Service Center. Acting as the Team Lead, I developed internal program controls to ensure fast and responsive technical support. Prior to joining DLT, I served as a Windows and UNIX Systems Administrator at various Government Agencies.

I also have over 12 years of experience working with multiple network enterprises. My expertise includes a background with Microsoft Windows and Sun Solaris, Symantec/VERITAS NetBackup 5.x/6.x/7.x, Enterprise Vault 8.x, QLogic SAN switches, and NetApp Filers.

When I’m not fixing technical problems, I am generally researching technology and trends.  Technology aside, I enjoy spending time with my wife, three children, and friends.  I have also been known to watch the occasional boxing match.
